WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reopening Comment Periods for Three Proposed Rules; Announcement of a Public Hearing for One Proposed Rule.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 19 by Paul Souza, Regional Director, Region 8, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
