WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Regulations for Eleven Species Treated as Listed Due to Similarity of Appearance.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 26 by Brian Nesvik, Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
