FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: ENDANGERED AND THREATENED WILDLIFE AND PLANTS; LISTING ENDANGERED AND THREATENED SPECIES AND DESIGNATING CRITICAL HABITAT

WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Endangered and Threatened Species and Designating Critical Habitat.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 21 by Kevin Lilly, Principal Deputy for Fish and Wildlife and Parks, exercising the delegated authority of the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks. Department of the Interior.
