WASHINGTON, June 5 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for Ghost Orchid.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 5 by Madonna Baucum, Regulations and Policy Chief, Division of Policy, Economics, Risk Management, and Analytics of the Joint Administrative Operations, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
