WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: Receipt of Incidental Take Permit Application and Habitat Conservation Plan for the Taylor's Checkerspot Butterfly and Four Subspecies of the Mazama Pocket Gopher, Thurston and Pierce Counties, Washington; Categorical Exclusion.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 2 by Bridget Fahey, Acting Regional Director, Pacific Region, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
