WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: Marine Mammals; Proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization for the Southern Beaufort Sea Stock of Polar Bears During Legacy Well Remediation Activities, North Slope of Alaska; Draft Environmental Assessment.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13 by Peter Fasbender, Assistant Regional Director-Fisheries and Ecological Services, Alaska Region.
