WASHINGTON, July 18 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: Marine Mammals; Proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization for the Southern Beaufort Sea Stock of Polar Bears and Pacific Walruses in West Harrison Bay, AK; Draft Environmental Assessment.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 18 by Peter Fasbender, Assistant Regional Director for Fisheries and Ecological Services, Alaska Region.
