FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE ISSUES NOTICE: DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT FOR THE KAUA'I ISLAND UTILITY COOPERATIVE HABITAT CONSERVATION PLAN, KAUA'I, HAWAI'I

WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Kaua'i Island Utility Cooperative Habitat Conservation Plan, Kaua'i, Hawai'i.
