WASHINGTON, April 25 -- Federal Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Extension.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 25 by Josephine Liu, Assistant General Counsel for Legal Counsel.
Summary: The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") requests that the Office of Management and Budget ("OMB") extend for an additional three years the current Paperwork Reduction Act ("PRA") clearance for the information collection requirements in the Alternative Fuels Rule ("Rule"). That clearance expires on April 30, 2025.
