WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Federal Railroad Administration has issued a rule called: Administrative Updates to the Steam Locomotive Inspection and Maintenance Standards Regulations.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Kyle D. Fields, Chief Counsel.
