FEDERAL RAILROAD ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: ADMINISTRATIVE UPDATES TO THE PASSENGER TRAIN EMPLOYEE HOURS OF SERVICE; RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING; SLEEPING QUARTERS REGULATIONS

WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Federal Railroad Administration has issued a rule called: Administrative Updates to the Passenger Train Employee Hours of Service; Recordkeeping and Reporting; Sleeping Quarters Regulations.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Kyle D. Fields, Chief Counsel.
