FEDERAL RAILROAD ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: ADMINISTRATIVE UPDATES TO THE INSTRUCTIONS GOVERNING APPLICATIONS FOR APPROVAL OF A DISCONTINUANCE OR MATERIAL MODIFICATION OF A SIGNAL SYSTEM OR RELIEF FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF PART 236 REGULATIONS

WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Federal Railroad Administration has issued a rule called: Administrative Updates to the Instructions Governing Applications for Approval of a Discontinuance or Material Modification of a Signal System or Relief From the Requirements of Part 236 Regulations.
