WASHINGTON, May 30 -- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Railroad Grade Crossings; Stopping Required: Exception for Railroad Grade Crossing Equipped With Active Warning Device Not in Activated State.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 30 by Sue Lawless, Assistant Administrator.
