WASHINGTON, May 30 -- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Parts and Accessories Necessary for Safe Operation; Certification and Labeling Requirements for Rear Impact Protection Guards.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 30 by Sue Lawless, Assistant Administrator.
