WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a rule called: Rescinding Regulations Regarding Management Systems Pertaining to the Forest Service and the Forest Highway Program.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 17 by Sean McMaster, Administrator, Federal Highway Administration.
Summary: FHWA rescinds the regulations regarding the Federal Lands Highway Program (FLHP), and the management systems for the Forest Service and the Forest Highway Program.
