WASHINGTON, June 3 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Updates to Pavement Regulations.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 3 by Gloria M. Shepherd, Executive Director, Federal Highway Administration.
Summary: FHWA terminates its rulemaking on "Updates to Pavement Regulations." FHWA will proceed to formally terminate the rule from FHWA's upcoming Spring 2025 Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions ("Unified Agenda").
