WASHINGTON, May 30 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Rescinding Requirements Regarding Required Contract Provisions for Federal-Aid Construction Contracts (Other Than Appalachian Contracts).

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 30 by Gloria M. Shepherd, Executive Director, Federal Highway Administration.

Summary: FHWA is proposing to rescind the rule and certain regulations issued on October 2, 1987, Required Contract Provisions.
