FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: RESCINDING REQUIREMENTS REGARDING BRIDGES ON FEDERAL DAMS

WASHINGTON, May 30 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Rescinding Requirements Regarding Bridges on Federal Dams.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 30 by Gloria M. Shepherd, Executive Director, Federal Highway Administration.

Summary: FHWA is proposing to rescind the rule and regulations issued on October 10, 1974, Bridges on Federal Dams.
