FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: RESCINDING REGULATIONS REGARDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS PERTAINING TO THE FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE AND THE REFUGE ROADS PROGRAM

WASHINGTON, May 30 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Rescinding Regulations Regarding Management Systems Pertaining to the Fish and Wildlife Service and the Refuge Roads Program.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 30 by Gloria M. Shepherd, Executive Director, Federal Highway Administration.

Summary: FHWA proposes to rescind the regulations issued on February 27, 2004, Federal Lands Highway Program; Management Systems Pertaining to the Fish and Wildlife and the Refuge Roads Program.
