WASHINGTON, June 3 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Incorporating Safety Into Federal-Aid Programs and Projects.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 3 by Gloria M. Shepherd, Executive Director, Federal Highway Administration.
Summary: FHWA terminates its rulemaking titled "Incorporating Safety Into Federal-aid Programs and Projects." FHWA will proceed to formally terminate the rule from FHWA's upcoming Spring 2025 Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions ("Unified Agenda").
