WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a notice called: Renewal Package From the State of Texas to the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program and Proposed Second Renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Assigning Environmental Responsibilities to the State.
