The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 5 by Jason Workman, Director, Program Development, WV Division, Federal Highway Administration.
Summary: The FHWA, on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Highways (WVDOH), is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by WVDOH and other Federal agencies that are final agency actions.
