FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES RULE: TRANSFER OF DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY FROM THE OFFICE OF ENERGY POLICY AND INNOVATION TO THE OFFICE OF TECHNICAL REPORTING AND ECONOMICS AND TO THE OFFICE OF THE GENERAL COUNSEL

WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a rule called: Transfer of Delegation of Authority From the Office of Energy Policy and Innovation to the Office of Technical Reporting and Economics and to the Office of the General Counsel.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 2 by Debbie-Anne A. Reese, Secretary.

Summary: The Commission is issuing this final rule to revise its delegations of authority to align with an internal Commission reorganization, which reassigned certain responsibilities from the former Office of Energy Policy and Innovation (OEPI), which has been disbanded, to the new Office of Technical Reporting and Economics (OTRE) and to the Office of the General Counsel (OGC).
