WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Safe Harbor Policy for Data Providers to Price Index Developers.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 25 by Carlos D. Clay, Deputy Secretary.
Summary: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is withdrawing a notice of proposed rulemaking, which proposed to amend its regulations to codify the Safe Harbor Policy established in the Commission's Policy Statement on Natural Gas and Electric Price Indices. The Commission is also terminating this rulemaking proceeding.
