WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 -- Federal Crop Insurance Corporation has issued a rule called: Expanding Access to Risk Protection (EARP).
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 28 by Richard Fordyce, Under Secretary, Farm Production and Conservation.
