WASHINGTON, June 12 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a rule called: Lower 37 GHz Band Use of Spectrum Bands Above 24 GHz for Mobile Radio Service.

Summary: In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) makes available 600 megahertz of high-frequency spectrum for flexible fixed and mobile use by establishing a mechanism for access to the 37-37.6 GHz band (Lower 37 GHz band).
