WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a rule called: Implementation of the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 2015) (WRC-15), Other Allocation Issues, and Related Rule Updates; Correction.
