FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: TELEVISION BROADCASTING STATIONS, SILVER CITY AND TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, NEW MEXICO

WASHINGTON, Feb. 21 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Television Broadcasting Stations, Silver City and Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
