WASHINGTON, June 27 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Satellite Spectrum Abundance.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 27 by Katura Jackson, Federal Register Liaison Officer.
Summary: In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) seeks further comment on ways to use the 12.7-13.25 GHz band the 42.0-42.5 GHz band more efficiently and intensively by satellite communications and seeks comment on proposals to make additional spectrum resources available for satellite communications in the 51.4-52.4 GHz band within certain W-band frequency ranges (92.0-94.0 GHz, 94.1-100 GHz, 102.0-109.5 GHz, and 111.8-114.25 GHz).
