WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Review of Submarine Cable Landing License Rules and Procedures To Assess Evolving National Security, Law Enforcement, Foreign Policy, and Trade Policy Risks; Schedule of Application Fees.
