WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Federal Communications Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Assessment and Collection of Space and Earth Station Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 2024.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 13 by Marlene Dortch, Secretary.
Summary: In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission or FCC) adopted a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking ( FNPRM) that seeks additional comments on revising the regulatory fees for space and earth station payors.
