WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Establishment of Class E Airspace; Sunbury, NC.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 20 by Patrick Young, Manager, Airspace & Procedures Team North, Eastern Service Center, Air Traffic Organization.

Summary: This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface for Sunbury Fire Department Heliport, Sunbury, NC, by adding airspace for the heliport, which accommodates new area navigation (RNAV) global positioning system (GPS) standard instrument approach procedures serving the heliport.
