WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Amendment of Class D and Class E Airspace; Burns Flat, OK.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 3 by Jerry J. Creecy, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.
Summary: This action amends the Class D and Class E airspace at Burns Flat, OK, and updates the name of the Clinton/Sherman Airport, Burns Flat, OK, to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database. This action is the result of an airspace review conducted due to the decommissioning of the Burns Flat localizer outer marker (LOM) and outer marker (OM).
