WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Various Airplanes and Helicopters.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 31 by Victor Wicklund, Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.

Summary: The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2021-07-13 for certain Pacific Scientific Company rotary buckle assemblies (buckles). AD 2021-07-13 required inspecting each specified buckle including its buckle handle vane and prohibited installing affected buckles.
