WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; PZL-Swidnik S.A. Helicopters.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 22 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain PZL-Swidnik S.A. (Swidnik) Model PZL W-3A helicopters. This AD was prompted by the detection of corrosion on the main rotor blade (MRB) attachment bolts.
