WASHINGTON, June 13 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Ipeco Holdings Limited Pilot and Co-Pilot Seats.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 13 by Christopher R. Parker, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Ipeco Holdings Limited (Ipeco) pilot and co-pilot seats. This AD was prompted by reports of unexpected rearward movement of pilot and co-pilot seats during take-off and landing.
