WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 31 by Suzanne Masterson, Deputy Director, Integrated Certificate Management Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2022-19-02, which applied to certain Airbus SAS Model A330-200, -200 Freighter, and -300 series airplanes; and Model A330-841 and A330-941 airplanes. AD 2022-19-02 required revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations.
