WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Helicopters.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Model MBB-BK 117 D-2 and MBB-BK 117 D-3 helicopters. This AD was prompted by reports of airspeed and altitude indication errors.
