WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Accepted Means of Compliance for Small Unmanned (sUA) Aircraft Category 2 and Category 3 Operations Over Human Beings; Aerial Vehicle Safety Solutions Inc. (AVSS).

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 3 by Patrick R. Mullen, Manager, Technical Policy Branch, Policy and Standards Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
