WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Sport Pilot Practical Test Standards Alignment.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 8 by Hugh J. Thomas, Acting Executive Director, Flight Standards Service.

Summary: FAA proposes to revise certain regulations governing airman certification and proposes to incorporate three updated sport pilot practical test standards (PTS) by reference.
