WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Special Conditions: Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Model GVII-G400 Airplane; Automatic Speed Protection for Design Dive Speed (Dive Speed Definition).

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 4 by Patrick R. Mullen, Manager, Technical Policy Branch, Policy and Standards Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
