WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Establishment of Helena Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range/Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) as a Domestic Low Altitude Reporting Point in the State of Montana.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 31 by Brian Eric Konie, Manager (A), Rules and Regulations Group.
Summary: This action proposes establishing the Helena (HLN), MT, Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range/Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) as a Domestic Low Altitude Reporting Point in the state of Montana.
