FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: ESTABLISHMENT OF CLASS E AIRSPACE; SPARTA, KY

WASHINGTON, March 31 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Establishment of Class E Airspace; Sparta, KY.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 31 by Wayne L. Eckenrode, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.

Summary: This action proposes to establish Class E airspace at Sparta, KY. The FAA is proposing this action to support new instrument procedures and to support instrument flight rule (IFR) operations.
