WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Establishment of Class E Airspace; Birch Creek Airport, Birch Creek, AK.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 21 by B.G. Chew, Group Manager, Operations Support Group, Western Service Center.
Summary: This action proposes to establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Birch Creek Airport, Birch Creek, AK. This action would support the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
