Summary: This action proposes to amend the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface designated for Hagerstown, MD, by updating the reference to the St. Thomas Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range Station and Tactical Air Navigation System (VORTAC) to show it as the St. Thomas Tactical Air Navigation System (TACAN).
