WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Amendment of Class D and Establishment of Class E Airspace; Chandler and Phoenix, AZ.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 18 by Jerry J. Creecy, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.
Summary: This action proposes to amend the Class D airspace and establish Class E airspace at Chandler and Phoenix, AZ. The name and geographic coordinates of the Mesa Gateway Airport, Phoenix, AZ, would also be updated to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database.
