The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Patrick Young, Manager, Airspace & Procedures Team North, Eastern Service Center, Air Traffic Organization.
Summary: This action proposes to amend Class D airspace at Dover Air Force Base (AFB) due to the current designated airspace not properly containing instrument flight rule operations.
