WASHINGTON, March 11 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Amendment of Class D Airspace and Establishment of Class E Airspace; Warner Robins, GA.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 11 by Andreese Davis, Manager, Airspace & Procedures Team South, Eastern Service Center, Air Traffic Organization.

Summary: This action proposes amending Class D airspace and establishing Class E airspace extending upward from the surface above Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA, as the air traffic control tower will shift to part-time operations. Controlled airspace is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations in the area.
