The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 17 by Peter A. White, Deputy Director, Integrated Certificate Management Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 747-8F series airplanes.
