WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Dassault Aviation Airplanes.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 6 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2023-18-07, which applies to certain Dassault Aviation Model MYSTERE-FALCON 20-C5, 20-D5, 20-E5, and 20-F5 airplanes. AD 2023-18-07 requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations.
